Real estate is a $200B-a-year industry running on tooling that hasn't materially changed since 2008. The agents we serve are running small businesses with three subscriptions, four spreadsheets, and a group text. They are starved for taste and starved for sanity.

We're not promising hyper-growth or stock-comp gymnastics. We're promising a real product, real customers, and a small team where what you ship ships under your name. Most weeks you'll talk to an actual user.

We hire slowly. We pay top-of-band. We don't believe in performance reviews; we believe in real conversations and real raises. Anyone on the team can call a "day of stillness" if the docket is on fire and we need to fix it.
