Before you write, a quick checklist.

Most issues we see resolve in under a minute with one of these:

  • Restart the app. Force-quit and reopen — fixes most transient sync issues.
  • Check your version. Open Settings → About. If you're not on the latest, update from the App Store.
  • Check connectivity. Stadora needs an internet connection to sync. Airplane mode and weak Wi-Fi are the usual culprits.
  • Sign out and back in. Resets your session without losing data.

If none of that helps, write to us. The more detail the better — what you tried, what you expected, what happened instead.

Common questions.

How do I reset my password?

From the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email tied to your account. We'll send a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then write to support@stadora.ai.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased on iOS or iPadOS are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → Stadora → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the Stadora purchase. If you need help making the case, we're happy to vouch for you — write to support@stadora.ai.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account. We soft-delete immediately and hard-delete after 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@stadora.ai from the address on file.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Account → Export. We package everything (contacts, deals, notes, voice memos, transcripts) into a single ZIP and email you a download link, usually within a few minutes.

The app is crashing or freezing — what should I do?

Force-quit and reopen first. If it persists, check Settings → About for the version, then write to bugs@stadora.ai with the version, your device model, and the steps that lead to the crash. A screen recording is gold.

Does Stadora work offline?

Yes — you can read and edit anything locally. Changes sync the next time the app sees a connection. Voice transcription and AI features need an internet connection to run.

Is my data private? Do you train AI on it?

No, we never train models on your data. Voice transcription runs through a zero-retention agreement with our provider. Full details live in our privacy notice.

Account & billing.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple, not by us. That means:

  • To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Stadora.
  • To request a refund — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
  • To update your payment method — manage it in your Apple ID settings.

If you signed up directly on the web or through a Stadora Business agreement, write to billing@stadora.ai with your account email and we'll take it from there.

New accounts start with a free trial. You can use everything during the trial; no card required to begin. We send a reminder email three days before any charge.

Reporting a bug.

Send a note to bugs@stadora.ai. The faster we can reproduce it, the faster we can fix it — please include:

  • What happened and what you expected instead.
  • Steps to reproduce — even just "tapped the calendar icon, then…" is hugely useful.
  • Device model and OS version (Settings app → General → About).
  • App version (Stadora → Settings → About).
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can grab one.

For security vulnerabilities, please use security@stadora.ai. We don't run a public bug bounty yet, but we credit researchers in our security notes and respond within two business days.

Feature requests.

We read every one. Email support@stadora.ai with the subject line "Feature request" and tell us:

  • What you're trying to accomplish.
  • How you currently work around it (if you do).
  • How often it comes up in your week.

The "what you're trying to accomplish" part is the most useful — it lets us think about the right solution, which sometimes isn't quite the one in your head.

If something feels broken across the whole app, it might be us. Check status.stadora.ai for live status of the API, sync, and voice transcription. We post incident updates there in real time.
